One fine September evening, a debuting Zee Brother was busy with his duties as SPWO's newest ring announcer. Suddenly, without warning, an obviously "special" individual leapt onto Zee's back and was promptly dumped on his head, protective hockey helmet tumbling out of the ring and into SPWO fan's hearts. Thus was born Super Steve, "The Retarded Super Hero". His infamous "salute" is literally the official greeting from now until forever for all members of SPWO. When at an SPWO event, you will see the wrestlers greet each other with this salute, often accompanied by Steve's battle cry..."YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!" Super Steve was one of SPWO's most popular and successful competitors, earning an impressive win/loss record. On a track to immortality, Steve ran a-foul of Super Beast. In front of a shocked live crowd at SPWO's Fallout 2005, The Beast mauled poor Steve to death. But alas, the very spirit of Steve lives on, as the very next month, former SPWO manager/handler Doctor Proctor injected Gimmick Burglar with the very same warped DNA that coursed through Steve. Thus was created Incredible Jim, and the very soul of Steve lives on. We very often think back to that night in September of 2003, to the night where SPWO was changed forever for the better.
